Love this salon! I’ve been coming here for years after my hair was in pretty bad condition due to the Sydney summer (beach, sea & sun is great for the soul but not so good for your hair!). Ever since then I never go anywhere else - Leanne and the team always make you feel super welcome and relaxed - even on a Thursday night.

Absolutely amazing experience! I went to this hair salon with my hair quite damaged and in need of a real change — I wanted a fresh look with a subtle colour transformation, not something extreme. From the very first moment, the team listened carefully to what I was looking for and truly understood my vision. The result exceeded all my expectations. You can really tell the girls are highly experienced and know exactly how to adapt the style and colour to what suits you best. I especially want to thank Leanne, Tamara and Danielle — they are incredibly professional, talented and made me feel so well looked after every single time. The quality of the products is excellent and the care and attention they give to your hair really shows in the final result. Since discovering this salon, I’ve been back several times, which says everything. It has without a doubt become my favourite hair salon in Sydney, and I recommend it to absolutely everyone who wants expert colour, a beautiful natural result and a truly lovely experience. I couldn’t be happier!!

I had my hair bleached at Hair Office and the result was absolutely perfect. The colour came out exactly how I wanted clean, even, and healthy-looking. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. They really took the time to listen and made sure everything was done properly and safely. Highly recommend Hair Office if you want top-quality results and a team you can truly trust.

The ladies at Head Office are always so helpful, constantly helping to fit me in appt times at last minute notice. They really understand hair! They’ve provided great advice with colours and haircut styles. I am constantly getting compliments on my haircuts from them. Excellent place to go and best value for money I have seen in the Eastern Suburbs.

I saw Leanne on 3 February 2026, and it reminded me why I have been a loyal client of hers for 19 years. I began seeing Leanne years before she opened her own salon, and I have followed her ever since. She is now the owner of HeadOffice Hair Specialist, which she opened in Bondi Junction on 17 March 2010, St Patrick’s Day, a fitting milestone for someone with her unmistakable Irish charm. From the very first time I met Leanne, we connected. I had a terrible first experience elsewhere in Double Bay with foils on my virgin hair that left it looking stripey and unnatural. Leanne immediately knew exactly what to do to fix it and restore my hair to beautiful, natural-looking colour, and I have never looked back. Over the years I have travelled extensively for work and had my hair done all over the world, but whenever I am back in Australia I always make sure I get to Bondi Junction to see Leanne. She has never failed me. I always leave looking spot on and feeling great. I trust Leanne implicitly and without question. I am not always great at explaining what I want, but she somehow just knows what will work and how to make me look my best. She is a superb colourist with incredible knowledge of hair and products, and how they behave on different hair types. The salon experience itself is just as special. Leanne runs a warm, welcoming space where you immediately feel comfortable and well looked after. Her staff are truly lovely, attentive and kind, and they make a great cup of tea that instantly makes you feel right at home. Even though Leanne is an excellent manager and multitasker, she always makes you feel like you are her number one priority. And the chats are always a highlight. Leanne’s understated Irish humour has me laughing until I have tears every visit. After 19 years, I would not trust my hair to anyone else. I cannot recommend Leanne and HeadOffice Hair Specialist highly enough.
